We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Merlin from reception, were really good too ensure we had a great experience. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable, and the heating kept us warm on a cold day. The renovated bathrooms were modern and clean. The interior design of the lobby and bar was stylish and inviting. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the quality food at the restaurant. The hotel's location near shops and transportation made it convenient for exploring the city. The pool was beautiful.

We stayed at this hotel and it was just perfect. The location is great, right in the heart of everything, and you can easily get around to see all the sights. The staff here have a fantastic service attitude, always smiling and ready to help. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, electric kettle, and flat-screen tv. The breakfast was super delicious with everything well arranged, and the restaurant also has some great options. We loved spending time at the pool and sauna, and also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service to the airport.

We scored a great last-minute deal at a reasonable price for a one-night stay. Our 11th-floor room had stunning views of the area and city skyline. Recently renovated with modern and functional furniture, the room made excellent use of space. Free parking and a convenient bus stop right outside the door added to the overall convenience.

We had a great morning at this hotel, located on the outskirts of the city. It was a convenient stopover before heading to the airport. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and a good range of fresh food for breakfast. The beds in the room were comfortable and provided a great view of the city.

The hotel room and bathroom were very clean, a big plus. We also enjoyed using the pool area and steam room, both of which were well-maintained. Another advantage was the excellent value set meal in the restaurant, which even included a glass of wine. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The high parking fee, especially considering the hotel's location outside the city center. It would have been better if the parking cost was more reasonable, especially since there is additional parking fees in the city.
